Your luxury home needs to be protected from the first day of your purchase. Beach Watch has your back and will provide you with piece of mind that your home is being protected and cared for.

We are fully insured, licensed and are a member of the National Home Watch association for your protection.

Beach Watch, will email pictures and videos after each of our visits. Our clients are immediately contacted in the event something is not right.

YOUR HOME FROM THE OUTSIDE

• Forward first class mail, remove newspapers and flyers
• We walkand inspect the entire area of the exterior of your home and check the overall condition, Looking for unusual signs of water or drainage issues.
• We view the landscaping for potential problems and un welcome critters.
• Your landscaper can be notified if a problem is detected.
• Secure windows, screens and doors and check for signs of intrusion
• Secure mailbox, remove all old newspapers and fliers
• Check exterior walls and trim for visible signs of issues
• Secure garage, open and close garage doors
• Visually check siding and walls for cracks and water issues
• Check and secure fences within exterior of the property
• Visually check for any insect or pest intrusion
• Confirm decks, steps and walkways aresecure

Your Home from the inside

• Check the overall condition of the your homes interior
• Visually check for stains signs of water leaks; ceilings, windows and doors
• Visually check signs of pest intrusion
• Check and secure windows and verify they are locked
• Secure circuit breakers and timers.
• Check decks for any type of problems
• Check garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer
• Check and secure washer water lines. THESE CAN BREAK
• Run and secure the elevator
• Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete
• Verify thermostat is operational, run heating and cooling to verify operation
• Check automobiles
• Check the settings of room humidifiers service humidifiers if needed
• Visually check for signs of mildew and mold
• Reset  and arm security system upon departure
• Beach Watch services are offered at monthly rates.
