We offer preventive care services for your Luxury Home, Condominium, and Estate properties.

We are on call 24/7 for emergencies and provide contractor services for all of your small projects.

We also provide senior companion care services as well as professional cleaning services.

Starting at $150.00 per month

Similar to our Luxury home management services, Beach Watch can look after your condominium and town house at a reduced rate while providing you the highest level of service as in our luxury home packages.

Just like our Luxury home services Beach Watch will email pictures and videos after each of our visits. Our clients are immediately contacted in the event something is not right.

Our Condominium services include the following:

• Forward first class mail, remove newspapers and flyers
• Visually check the overall condition of the condominium
• Visually check for stains signs of water leaks; ceilings, windows and doors
• Visually check signs of pest intrusion
• Check windows for signs of mold and verify they are locked
• Visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have flipped
• Check decks for water ponding and dry rot
• Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer machine and dryer
• Check refrigerator and freezer adjust settings accordingly
• Reset any clocks if needed
• Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete
• Check thermostat, run heating and air conditioning to verify operation
• Check the settings of room humidifiers service humidifiers if needed

 New Client Setup Fee $100

Includes first home walk through, key duplication, 50 Shoe Covers and file setup.

BI MONTHLY Home VISITS: $125/month

2 Inspections per month with one emergency Visit

Weekly Home Checks: $225/month

4 inspections per month with one emergency Visit

 Additional Services Available:

• Emergency one time visit: First one is included
Second emergency visit $50 per visit
• All deliveries: Inspect and secure packages from
UPS, USPS, FEDEX, Private: $50 per hour

Meet your contractor with notice:
Confirm arrival and departure, check and confirm your home and security system upon departure.
Make sure their feet are clean and they wear booties: $35 per hour

Vacation Services:

Welcome Home Preparation for your (arrival)

Open up your home, turn on the AC, check the ice maker, etc

We provide Home services for your vacationing residents

Arrival and departure services can be customized to meet your needs.

Everything from opening up your home for you or your guests with a wine and cheese, meet and greet to departure services.
